* Costa Rica will qualify for the 2010 FIFA World Cup if:
1. They beat the United States OR
2. Honduras fail to beat El Salvador.

* Honduras will qualify for the 2010 FIFA World Cup if:
1. They defeat El Salvador AND Costa Rica fail to beat the United States.
