This evening the Austin Aztex announced that they signed Josh Alcala to the squad making him the 19th player on the team. The Buda native was a standout for the Aztex PDL team last season. Congrats to him on fulfilling him dream to play pro soccer in his hometown. He's one of Chantico's Army favorites.
In other news, USL announced that USL Live will broadcast non-Fox Soccer Channel matches free online this season. This comes with USL's partnership with NeuLion. This is very excellent news for USL fans across U.S. and Canada who want to see their team away from home if they can't make it to their game.
